It is essential to have a go to salsa recipe. I really prefer chunky & super spicy salsa. This recipe is my absolute favorite. Super chunky and oh so spicy. The key to great salsa is to use really fresh ingredients (garden fresh is best). Enjoy!

Ingredients
5 Ripe Roma Tomatoes
2 Jalapeno Peppers
1 Lime
1/2 Yellow Onion
1 Green Pepper
2 Tablespoons Cilantro
2 Cloves Garlic
Salt & Pepper
Directions
- Dice tomatoes, green pepper, onions and jalapenos into small pieces. Add to bowl. Mince garlic and chop cilantro and add to mixture. Squeeze the juice of one lime into the mixture and season with salt and pepper. Enjoy!
Notes
- For less spicy salsa, discard the jalapeno seeds.
