Roasted Brussel Sprouts

1/2 Pound Fresh Brussel Spouts
1 1/2 Clove Garlic (minced)
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
1 Tablespoon Balsamic Glaze
Salt, Pepper, Red Pepper Flakes (optional)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Cut brussels into fourths. Add to baking sheet. Add minced garlic to baking sheet.
- Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze. Season with salt, pepper and red pepper flakes.
- Roast in oven for 10 – 15 minutes until top is crispy and brussles are tender.
Notes
- Use fresh garlic for this recipe, trust me it makes all the difference.
