So this recipe was an accident. I had extra caramel, extra candy canes and of course extra chocolate after a day of baking. I didn’t want this all to go to waste so ta-da Christmas Bark and trust me you will LOVE it.

1 Package Saltine Crackers
1/2 Jar Caramel Sauce (or you can make your own)
1/2 Bag Chocolate Chips
Crushed Candy Canes
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil. Then add a layer of crackers to bottom of the cookie sheet.
- Once crackers have been assembled, heat caramel and generously cover all of the crackers.
- Sprinkle with a generous amount of chocolate chips and then bake for 5 – 10 minutes or until the chocolate chips have melted.
- Take a spatula and coat the chocolate over all of the crackers. Then top with crushed candy canes.
- Put in freezer for 1 hour and then crack bark into pieces.
