I love grilling and it’s finally getting warm enough to start utilizing it more! For tonight’s dinner I decided to make a zesty marinade for the chicken which was so fresh and delicious! This chicken is very versatile and will pair great with just about anything.
Zesty Grilled Chicken

2 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
1 1/2 Tablespoon Olive Oil
1/2 TSP Soy Sauce
1 TSP Worcestershire Sauce
1 TSP Spicy Mustard
2 Tablespoons Orange Juice
1/2 Lemon (for Juice & Zest)
2 Cloves Garlic (minced)
1/2 TSP Caraway Seeds
1 TSP Salt
1 TSP Pepper
Directions
- Mince garlic and mix all ingredients together. Place chicken in a large baggie or container. Add marinade and coat all sides of the chicken. Let refrigerate overnight (or at least for 2 hours).
- Heat grill and add chicken. Cook until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees. Enjoy!
Notes
- This chicken pairs well with salad or coconut rice and your favorite veggie!
