Fish tacos are my favorite thing on the planet. Today I decided to fry the fish and create a scrumptious baja fish taco. I added a layer of avocado mash and then topped with a cabbage slaw. It really doesn’t get much better than this! Enjoy!

1/2 Cup Red Cabbage
1/3 Cup Coleslaw
1/8 Cup Mayo
1/2 Lime (for the juice)
2 Tablespoons Vinegar

1 Pound Fresh White Fish (I used Haddock)
1/2 Cup Flour
1 TSP Salt
1 TSP Pepper
1/2 TSP Chili Powder
1/2 Cup Beer

Directions
- Start by making the coleslaw. Add red cabbage, coleslaw, mayo, lime juice and vinegar to a bowl. Mix well. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
- Heat oil in medium pan to 350 degrees.
- Toss flour, chili powder and salt and pepper in bowl. Gradually add in the beer whisking until smooth. Cut fish into small pieces and coat with beer batter. Add fish into the oil and cook about 2 minutes per side.
- To assemble the tacos, heat tortillas on stove until warm. Mash 2 avocados and add a layer to each tortilla. Add the fried fish and top with cabbage slaw. Enjoy!
