To be quite honest I haven’t met a cookie I didn’t like… with that being said IF I had to pick a favorite this would be it. I mean, it’s like a chocolate chip cookie had a love affair with a peanut butter oatmeal cookie. It’s literally heaven on earth. Enjoy!
Maggie’s Monster Cookies

1/2 Cup Butter (room temp)
3/4 Cup Brown Sugar
1/4 Cup Sugar
1 Egg
1 Cup Peanut Butter
1 TSP Vanilla
3/4 Cup Flour
1 TSP Baking Soda
1 TSP Corn Starch
1 Pinch of Salt
1 1/4 Cup Old Fashioned Oats
1/2 Cup Chocolate Chips
1/2 Cup Mini M&Ms
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a large mixing bowl, cream together softened butter, brown sugar, and sugar. Add the vanilla and egg. Mix well. Mix in peanut butter. Set aside.
- In a separate bowl, combine all dry ingredients (flour, baking soda, corn starch, salt). Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients.
- Mix in oats, chocolate chips and M&Ms.
- On an ungreased cookie sheet, use a 1 inch cookie scoop to add dough to sheet. Bake for 9 – 12 minutes or until set. Remove from pan and cool cookies completely. Enjoy!
