I love a pork chop however I usually grill my chops. I wanted to come up with a baked recipe that I could use all winter long (or on a rainy day). This recipe is PERFECT. The chop comes out juicy & has loads of flavor. It won’t have you missing the grill at all!!
Honey Garlic Glazed Pork Chops

2 Pork Chops (bone in or out)
Parsley
- Glaze
2 Cloves Minced Garlic
1 TSP Olive Oil
2 TSP Vinegar
1 TSP Mustard
1 TSP Cayenne
2 TSP Paprika
2 TSP Chili Powder
2 TSP Salt
2 TSP Pepper
3 TSP Honey
1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar
Directions
- Preheat Oven to 400 Degrees.
- Make the glaze by mixing all ingredients together. Once mixed, lather the pork chop with 3/4 of the glaze.
- Bake for 30 – 45 minutes until the pork chop reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees. Midway through baking add the rest of the glaze to pork chop.
- Once baked, allow to rest for 5 minutes. Garnish with parsley.
Wine Pairing: A full bodied Chardonnay such as Sonoma Cutrer would pair great with this dish. If you prefer red, a pinto nior such as Belle Glos would pair well.
